"I started watching Gaia during a time..."
I started watching Gaia during a time when I felt stuck and was looking for something with a little more depth. I’m kind of selective about what I spend my time on, so not every show is my thing, but a few of them really spoke to me. They helped me look at myself and my path in a different way. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed it and I keep coming back to the content that feels meaningful to me.

"The guest interviews feel legit overall. They..."
The guest interviews feel legit overall. They usually bring on people who seem to know what they’re talking about, and I do tend to trust them. That said, I sometimes wonder how carefully they vet everyone, so I’m not completely convinced every guest is top quality.
"It’s been a comforting thing to have"
I started using Gaia during a rough time, and I don’t know, it’s been kind of calming for me. Some of the shows really stuck with me and made me think about life a little differently. I’m not on it every single day or anything, but when I do watch, it feels like a small reset. It’s easy enough to use too, which helps. I’m really glad I came across it.

"Really Interesting Docs, with a Few Things to Double-Check"
I actually enjoyed these documentaries quite a bit! Most of the information felt well-researched and convincing, and they definitely kept me interested. There were a couple of claims that made me pause and look things up afterward, but that kind of made the experience more engaging too.
"Easygoing hosts"
I like the hosts’ vibe, calm, not stiff, not trying too hard. They explain stuff clearly and actually let guests talk, so it’s easy to stick with. Some eps hit better than others, but overall it feels relaxed and real. That’s why I keep coming back.

"Feels open-minded"
I like that it doesn’t feel like it’s trying to push one specific path on you. It comes across as respectful and open to different beliefs, which I appreciated.

"The meditations helped, but the communication could be clearer"
I started using gaia for the guided meditations, mostly at night when my head wouldn’t slow down, and they did help me relax. The sessions are easy to follow and I like that there isn’t too much talking. My only gripe is that some of the communication around the app and features felt a bit unclear, which was annoying when I just wanted to know what I was getting. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

"I did feel like they handled different..."
I did feel like they handled different traditions with respect, which I appreciated. That said, given the issues I still ran into, I’m hoping they’ll acknowledge it and offer some kind of fair compensation

"Helpful advice, but I still double-check"
I’ve found the advice to be sensible and reassuring overall, and it feels like something I can trust as a helpful starting point. That said, I still check in with my doctor too, just to be safe and make sure it’s right for my situation.
"Privacy settings brought me some peace of mind"
I remember feeling a little cautious when I first started using Gaia, mostly because privacy settings on apps can sometimes feel hidden or confusing. But i haven’t had any issues so far. The settings were easy to find, and I never got that uneasy feeling that something sneaky was happening with my data. It was actually kind of reassuring to see everything handled in a clear, straightforward way.

"Great if you’re into unique documentaries"
I’ve been using gaia for a few months now, and I’ve been enjoying it. There’s a nice mix of shows and documentaries, especially if you’re into more niche topics that you don’t always find on regular streaming apps. The quality has been solid, and I like that there’s always something a little different to watch. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something outside the usual stuff.

"Didn’t expect yoga to help this much"
I started the yoga classes just hoping to loosen up a bit. wasn’t expecting much. But the lessons were really clear, easy to follow, and little by little my poses started improving. Then quickly, actually. I noticed I wasn’t wobbling as much, could hold things longer, felt more confident. Kind of surprised me, but yeah, these classes genuinely helped

"I started using gaia mostly for..."
I started using gaia mostly for the short yoga videos after work, and I’ve tried some of the mindfulness stuff too. Not every show is really my thing, but the breathing lessons have helped me a lot when I’m feeling stressed. It’s easy to use on my TV too, which is nice. For my daily routine, yeah, it’s been worth it.

"Really like Gaia because the videos actually go..."
Really like Gaia because the videos actually go more in depth than a lot of other sites. Some topics feel a bit out there sometimes, but always end up learning something new anyway.

"So many rabbit holes to fall into"
I didn’t realize Gaia had this much conspiracy and alternative-topic content until I started browsing, and that’s a big part of why I keep coming back. Some of it definitely feels way out there, but weirdly, that makes it more fun for me because it keeps my brain curious and entertained.
I don’t agree with every idea or theory, but I like the feeling of hearing something different and seeing where it leads. It’s easy to use, there’s always something strange or interesting to put on at night, and it just hits the mood when I want to zone out and explore. 5 stars from me

"Feels like a solid deal to me"
I’ve been using Gaia for a few months now, and my gut says it’s worth the money. There’s a lot to watch, and I usually end up finding something that catches my interest. For the amount of content you get, it feels cheaper than I expected.

"Nice for low-key family nights"
We’ve been using this for quiet evenings at home, and it’s been easy for the whole family to watch together without me feeling like I have to constantly check every little thing. Which is more than I can say for some other options out there.

"Pretty solid streaming app"
I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the app works well. I was going to say it’s just okay, but actually the streams load fine and I haven’t had any real issues with it.

"Pretty much what I was looking for"
I signed up for Gaia because I was looking for something that matched my interest in yoga meditation and deeper kinds of topics. I get that it probably is not for everyone but for me it feels genuine and simple to use. There is always plenty to put on when I want something a little more mindful.

"I like Gaia because it kinda gives you..."
I like Gaia because it kinda gives you a mix of different views without feeling like it’s trying too hard to push one side. Some shows are definitely better than others, but overall it feels open-minded and fair to me.
